Common Issues
Please look through the guides documentation first before submitting a ticket or sending an email regarding:
- My transaction is stuck or pending
- The bridge deposit / withdrawal is delayed
- I've got wallet connection problems
Need assistance? Here are your options:
Discord Community (Fastest Response Time)
- Join our Discord server
- On the "Server Guide" page, navigate to the bottom to "Submit a Helpdesk Ticket"
- On the sidebar on the right, at the bottom select a reason for opening the ticket, such as:
- Get Support
- Report a Scam
- Collab with Us
- SkyBridge Support
- When selected, you will have a new channel with the support ticket number. You will be connected with a team member.
- We aim to respond within a few hours
Email Support
- Contact [email protected]
- Include detailed information about your issue
- Please include screenshots or transaction hashes
- We aim to respond within 24 hours
Wallet compromised?
If you think your wallet has been compromised:
- Immediately create a new wallet
- Transfer all funds to the new wallet
- Check your devices for any malware
- Review your online accounts, passwords and recent activity
