General Feedback and Bug Reports​

Discord Community (Fastest Response Time)​

Join our Discord server to submit feedback or report issues:

  1. Navigate to the "Server Guide" page
  2. Scroll to "Submit a Helpdesk Ticket"
  3. Select your reason from the sidebar:
    • Get Support
    • Report a Scam
    • Collab with Us
    • SkyBridge Support
  4. A new channel will open with your ticket number, connecting you with a team member

For direct feedback or private inquiries:

  • Include detailed information about your feedback
  • Add screenshots or transaction hashes if relevant
  • We aim to respond within 24 hours

GitHub Issues​

For technical feedback or feature requests, use our GitHub repository. This is ideal for:

  • Feature suggestions
  • Bug reports
  • Documentation improvements
  • Technical discussions

When creating an issue, please:

  • Check if a similar issue already exists
  • Provide clear steps to reproduce bugs
  • Include screenshots if relevant
  • Add any related transaction hashes

Bug Bounty Program​

For security vulnerabilities, we maintain a bug bounty program through HackenProof with rewards up to $15,000. This program focuses on identifying potential security issues in our smart contracts and infrastructure.

To participate in the bug bounty:

  1. Visit the HackenProof portal
  2. Create a detailed vulnerability report
  3. Follow the responsible disclosure guidelines
  4. Work with our team to verify and fix issues
